Pesto and Brie Grilled Cheese
Pulse the pesto ingredients in a processor. If you don’t have a processor, finely chop the ingredients and stir together with olive oil.
Butter up one side will on four slices of bread. Flip each piece and slather on the pesto on both the top and bottom. Place the slices of bread in a pan and place your brie on each “top” piece of bread.
Cook on medium until the brie is melted and the bread is browned.
